Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw onion, finely chopped 2 cups cooked white beans (or 1 can of diced white beans, drained and rinsed) 1/4 cup finely chopped green chilies 1 tsp garlic powder 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, grated (optional) 1 large egg 1/8 cup grated fresh ginger (optional, but recommended) 1 tsp cumin seeds (optional), or to taste 1 cup chopped fresh parsley, to taste (optional).
1/6 cup grates freshly ground black pepper, or to your taste.
Directions: Add the onion, beans, chilies, garlic powder, and parmesa to a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add the white beans and pulse to coarsely chop again.
Add in the grated white cheese and pulse a few more times until finely ground.
Add salt, pepper, and ground black peppercorns.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh parsleys, fresh ginger, and cumin. Enjoy!
