Some of the best foods for sick people are the same for everyone, but it depends on the type of illness and whether you have a weak immune system or a healthy one, experts have said.
Italian vegetables and the Italian sausage can be eaten with meals, and the soup is one of the top options for those who need a little extra help with digestion, said Dr Susanne Schreiber, director of the food and nutrition department at the Mayo Clinic.
“Italian foods tend to be very rich in protein and calcium, so they’re a good choice for those with a weak or weak immune response,” she said.
“But you can also use them as a side dish for those without that problem.
There are lots of Italian dishes that are good for the digestive system.”

Here are some of our favourites:Italian spaghetti with cheese, tomatoes, onion, basil and rosemary and garlic sauce.
It’s the kind of thing you can have on a hot day or at a dinner party and a good excuse to grab a few plates of pasta for the whole family.
Italian beans and rice, with basil and tomato sauce.
The most popular dish in Italy, this hearty dish is served at weddings and barbecues and is especially popular in the south of Italy, where Italians are known for their devotion to tradition and cooking.
A salad of sliced cucumber, olive oil, tomatoes and basil with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Chicken and green peppers are tossed with a salad of tomatoes, cucumber and lemon juice.
A salad made with the classic tomato sauce and garlic dressing.
Tomato and tomato soup with a creamy dressing of tomato, onion and basil.

Italian food is very rich with protein and vitamins, so it’s really good for a healthy immune system.
It’s also very filling, especially if you’re not a fan of pasta,” said Dr Schreib.
“It’s also one of those dishes that you can eat when the need arises.
This recipe will make you feel good, because it is simple to make and easy to prepare.”
Dr SchreIBeiber also recommends that people with a healthy digestive system eat some green vegetables.
“The greens are an essential part of a healthy diet, and they are particularly good for those at risk of having constipation,” she explained.

Some Italian vegetables and some meats also contain iron and calcium.
